Descrizione generale:
This study will unearth the relationship between B cells and MCs in the CRC uncovering the mechanisms of cellcell communications in the TME, at the basis of novel therapies. Following the marker/signature characterization of MCs subtypes in normal and CRC conditions, we will be able to comprehend how reprogram MCs to favor an anti-tumor microenvironment.
